I offer a free 20 minute discovery call or video. This gives you a chance to get to know me, feel comfortable, ask questions and make sure we're a good fit. I’ll guide you each step of the way.

You will get a secure link for your video session and we will go more in-depth about your concerns and goals. You won’t be pressured to go too fast, but things won’t drag on aimlessly either.

I encourage weekly sessions for the first month so that you feel some immediate care and relief and I find that this gives you good gains. After the first month we can decide what frequency works best for you.

When you are ready we will have closure in a way that leaves you confident and comfortable. I see clients on an as needed basis or for check-ups and won’t abandon you when you feel better.

I had no idea what I was expecting. But since my first session till today, whenever I see Nicole, there is this immediate sense of calm and comfort. She really really knows how to listen. I've been the absolute worst client I think, but the way she supports me in every topic I talk about is something else.

Mental health is the most overlooked aspect of our life and I wish more people talk about it. I'm lucky I got Nicole as my therapist. Never has there been a single day that I'm not thankful for that. It will soon be a year. A year of therapy with Nicole. And she's done wonders and magic. The way she quickly understands what I am going through and what I'm trying to convers and how quickly she manages to get the gist of the entire thing. Absolutely genius.
